Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Voice of Customer (VoC) program to align product development with customer needs
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Analyze data to inform product strategy and ensure competitive differentiation

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic customer engagement or product management in SaaS
• 2+ years of experience with AI and agent technologies
• 6+ years leading Voice of Customer programs and conducting data analysis
• Deep understanding of customer needs and AI solutions
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and development processes
