Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI RAN Telecommunications Engineer, Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the design, development, and deployment of AI-native RAN solutions
• Architect next-generation systems to enhance spectrum efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to drive project success

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in telecom engineering with a focus on RAN, LTE/5G NR, or O-RAN systems
• Experience applying AI and ML in networking, signal processing, or automation contexts
• Knowledge of 3GPP, RAN protocols, and CU/DU architectures
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Electrical Engineering field
