A company is looking for a GBS Claim Operations Director, AI Solutions & Business Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver analytic frameworks for business reviews and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement GenAI capabilities in daily operations
• Provide leadership with actionable insights through trend analysis and predictive modeling

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the group insurance industry, preferably in claims
• 5+ years in a strategic role focused on operational efficiency and process optimization
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience, with a preference for Continuous Improvement leadership
• High school diploma required; BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with data utilization and advanced Excel capabilities
