A company is looking for an Appeals Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares appeals and grievances for review by the Review Committees
- Researches issues and documents appeals in relevant systems
- Prepares response letters and non-compliance letters as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in managed care or health care
- Proficient in computer programs such as Word and Excel
