Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst responsible for providing support for enterprise applications used by the Business Process as a Service Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers support for applications, responding to technical questions and problems
- Communicates and collaborates with Business Users, Software Development Team, and Management
- Participates in design, testing, and documentation of applications, including upgrades and bug fixes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of excellence
- Passionate about technology and learning new technologies
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, reporting, and application support preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
