Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage support cases and provide exceptional application support to customers
  • Document and track issues, ensuring timely resolutions according to Service License Agreements (SLAs)
  • Perform quality assurance on documented bugs and new functionality
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Application/Customer Support
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions and systems (Windows)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word applications
  • General knowledge of programming concepts and software development cycles
