Key Responsibilities
- Manage support cases and provide exceptional application support to customers
- Document and track issues, ensuring timely resolutions according to Service License Agreements (SLAs)
- Perform quality assurance on documented bugs and new functionality
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Application/Customer Support
- Knowledge of basic computer functions and systems (Windows)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word applications
- General knowledge of programming concepts and software development cycles
