Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appraisal Coordinator to facilitate the timely procurement of accurate appraisal reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, monitor, and follow up on the appraisal process from appraiser acceptance to completed appraisal
- Educate vendors on company expectations and build rapport with appraisal vendors
- Review appraisal reports for completeness and assign appraisals to qualified appraisers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College preferred
- Superior organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to learn appraisal guidelines established by government-sponsored agencies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
