A/R Research Resolution Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an A/R Research and Resolution Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize cash collections and minimize denials and lost revenue through claim resolution
• Conduct follow-up on insurance or contract claims and communicate with payers and business partners
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of payer matrices and SOPs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of medical insurance or billing experience, or equivalent training
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic understanding of ICD-10 and CPT codes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using personal computers in a Windows environment
