Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales representatives to achieve targeted gross profit and execute district sales and budget targets
- Provide guidance and feedback to enhance team knowledge and skills while ensuring compliance with systems and regulations
- Implement performance management plans and manage customer relationships with key accounts
Required Qualifications
- College degree with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in specialty chemicals
- Demonstrated self-development of commercial and technical skills
- Ability to break down strategic priorities into actionable tasks
- Experience in building effective relationships within customer accounts
- Proven decision-making skills based on quality data and analysis
