Key Responsibilities
- Prospect financial professionals and independent advisors for retirement plan product sales
- Prepare and present proposals for retirement plan products and services
- Partner with internal teams to manage territory development and client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of sales experience, with 1-2 years in retirement plans or financial services
- Life insurance license required; must obtain Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses within 6 months
- Proactive selling skills are essential
- High level of professionalism and sound judgment
