Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized consultations with families to assess athletic and academic potential
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with student-athletes and their parents
- Close high-value sales by guiding families through the recruiting journey
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in consultative sales, ideally in education, sports, or high-trust services
- Former student-athlete or coach, or deep understanding of the college recruiting landscape
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proactive and organized, comfortable in a remote role
- Familiarity with CRM tools or NCAA rules is a bonus
