Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls for collections activity

- Adhere to all applicable laws, including FDCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
- Ability to accurately enter and update data on systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
