Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Manager for Oracle Cerner EMR Education and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of IT education and development programs
• Conducts IT skills gap analyses and develops a comprehensive Superuser program
• Evaluates the effectiveness of IT educational sessions and maintains records of training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Required
• Master's Degree - Preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare and IT curriculum design and implementation - Required
• Minimum 8 years of people management experience - Required
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN License or valid compact license - Required
