Assessment Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist II, Assessment Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop assessments aligned with program outcomes and institutional goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and improve assessment quality
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and maintain assessment security protocols

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Assessment, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in assessment design, preferably in higher education or nursing
• Expertise in concept- and competency-based assessments using backward design and UDL principles
• Proven project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and data-driven decision-making in assessment
