Key Responsibilities:

• Support various Epic Revenue Cycle systems and maintain training materials
• Conduct training sessions and assist in workflow process improvements
• Collaborate with teams to ensure effective training delivery and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of training experience
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Epic Certification in one or more modules
• Experience with EMR systems
• Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support
