Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to support project managers in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving KPIs and SLAs for assigned projects
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Experience in customer support, moderation, or community management
- Team management and time management experience
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk and Sprout Social
