Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to support project managers in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in achieving KPIs and SLAs for assigned projects
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Experience in customer support, moderation, or community management
  • Team management and time management experience
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk and Sprout Social
