Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project management practices, processes, and capabilities across the organization
- Collaborate with executive leadership to manage project budgeting, resource allocation, and governance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in developing and delivering business transformation initiatives
- Significant experience in leading global PMO and managing project/portfolio resource planning
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial management and budget development
- Competent in project management governance and organizational change management
