Associate Commercial Counsel (GA Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts
• Advise internal teams on legal risks and contractual matters
• Support legal operations and manage a contract management system

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house settings
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in the tech or SaaS industry
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and contract lifecycle management systems
• Must be licensed to practice law in preferred locations such as NY, GA, DE, or CA
