Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Disputes team handling escalations, complaints, appeals, and disputes
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all dispute types and improve team processes
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations while fostering a positive team culture
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking disputes and investigations
- Minimum 3 years of management experience at a financial institution
- Experience in training staff on new processes and procedures
- Knowledge of banking compliance trends, rules, and regulations
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
