Associate Policy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the policy team and support the development and implementation of climate solutions for states and territories
• Supervise policy advisors and manage at least one policy priority area, ensuring strategic collaboration and execution of initiatives
• Support fundraising efforts and manage grant agreements to advance policy team objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
• Experience working with state-level government is strongly preferred
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading strategy implementation and managing projects
• Experience in fundraising and managing contracts and grant agreements is preferred
