Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to oversee multiple projects under the guidance of Project Management Office leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive projects from inception to completion, identifying and documenting project requirements while supporting clients and stakeholders
- Facilitate internal and external planning meetings, prepare agendas, document discussions, and assign action items
- Monitor project health and governance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Related degree and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience in a client-facing role within a professional services organization
- Ability to manage a high volume of smaller projects/tasks
- Understanding of project budget management
- CAPM certification preferred
