Job Summary
A company is looking for an Audience Planning Manager to join their Performance Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Channel leads with strategic customer segmentation insights and measure success across audience development efforts
- Generate audience insights from various data sources to advise customer segments and guide testing models
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign planning and performance optimization, including audience research and identifying new opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Audience Management, including knowledge of CDP (Hitouch) and LiveRamp
- Familiarity with channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google (Display, Search & YouTube), and TTD (The Trade Desk)
- Experience with AI audience tools is an asset
- Strong analytical and mathematical competency
