Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Maintenance Advisor to support its Maintenance Shop Network and drive improvements through customer-focused services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, making repair decision recommendations and escalating issues as necessary
• Provide expert guidance on maintenance decisions based on automotive knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the Maintenance Shop Network and provide regular updates on progress and needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in a Service Advisor or Fleet Manager role
• ASE Certified in 4-6 categories
• Proficient with professional systems such as Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and seek out solutions
• Comfortable with change and open to experimenting with new ideas
