Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Handles incoming phone calls and assesses providers' needs regarding potential third-party liability
- Maintains accurate documentation for all phone call interactions and meets established productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service or telephonic customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 9:30am - 6:00pm CST
