Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP, Patient Financial Service - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Collection efforts
- Drives process improvements resulting in performance enhancement within RCM
- Develops and implements strategic plans through collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle
- 5+ years of management/leadership experience
- 5+ years in reviewing accounts receivables reporting and strategic planning
- 5+ years of experience supporting a health system
- Experience in navigating and working across multiple departments to support business objectives
