A company is looking for a Benefit Enrollment Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients through the enrollment process and updates to health care and/or pension plans
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and message center
- Read and interpret plan documents and knowledgebase tools to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple computer windows
- Comfortable working remotely and engaging with managers virtually
