Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Care Managers and/or Care Specialists, ensuring exceptional user support
- Use metrics to measure project success and suggest process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert to support strategic goals
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work, grief counseling, education, or public health
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software
- Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
