Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager - Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate the value proposition of products and validate Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Manage integration projects with external vendors and collaborate with multi-cultural teams
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive Go-to-Market motions and conduct user research

Required Qualifications

• Experience in SAAS and knowledge in the benefits space, including health, retirement, and insurance products
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate API requirements
• Proven track record of quantifying impact across key metrics such as revenue and customer satisfaction
• Experience working with customers to understand pain points and prioritize product development
• Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus
