- Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
- Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services
Required Qualifications
- Must reside within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with medical insurance or benefits verification
- 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
- Must have a direct internet connection with specified speed and a secure home workspace
