Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers to resolve insurance-related issues
• Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound and outbound calls daily
• Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of services

Required Qualifications

• Must reside within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC
• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly with medical insurance or benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Must have a direct internet connection with specified speed and a secure home workspace
