A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and document benefit verification reviews
- Provide information on Enteral home infusion services
- Coordinate with Patient Intake Coordinators for new and existing accounts
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Data entry experience
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
