Benefits Verification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Verification Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and document benefit verification reviews
• Provide information on Enteral home infusion services
• Coordinate with Patient Intake Coordinators for new and existing accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Data entry experience
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
