Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Consultant/Supply Chain Consultant (Japanese and English Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects and optimize supply chain and retail planning processes
- Analyze KPIs and customer data to drive decisions and improvements while configuring tools based on customer requirements
- Deliver training to customer teams, manage change, and support pre-sales activities
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and full professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting
- Experience in retail/wholesale sectors, particularly grocery or fashion
- Ability to manage projects independently and interact confidently with stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related fields is a strong plus
