Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with Medicare members
- Assist members with benefit navigation and external program applications

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 2-3 years of contact center/customer support experience, preferably in healthcare
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- Familiarity with support software, CRM tools, and HIPAA compliance
- Able to work 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling
