Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to email communications within 24 hours
- Conduct outbound calls and document customer transactions in the host system

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- Six months of healthcare claims experience
- Basic mathematical and intermediate typing skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
