A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls regarding customer account questions and performs callbacks as required
- Processes routine over-the-phone payments and advises customers on available resources
- Recognizes delinquent accounts and assists with administrative tasks and new hire training
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or relevant experience
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Internet, and email
- Professional phone presence and ability to handle stressful conversations
- Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
