Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns regarding health insurance policies and personal information updates
- Provide support for completing orders and addressing customer concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for system navigation
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
