Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist (Must live in Pacific Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
- Make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily to schedule appointments with patients
- Educate patients on the importance of in-home health services and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless experience
Required Qualifications
- Residence in the Pacific Time Zone
- At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
- Proven ability to manage multiple communication channels
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality service
