Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual in Spanish Customer Service Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members and healthcare providers, assisting with inquiries and providing information about eligibility and benefits
  • Resolve problems faced by members and providers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits, claims, and other related topics in a prompt and courteous manner
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English is required
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting is required
  • At least 1 year of call center experience managing inbound calls is required
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and understanding of health plan benefits is preferred
