Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Analyst who thrives in a detail-oriented, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices manually and automatically for over 300 clients monthly
• Review and reconcile subscriber-level census data against billing contracts for 700+ clients
• Maintain accurate client billing details in NetSuite and CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Experience using enterprise accounting platforms (preferably NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or QuickBooks)
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
