A company is looking for a Billing & Audit Administrator who will manage invoicing and auditing processes related to international household goods services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Account Management/Operation teams to invoice international household clients accurately
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of invoicing while resolving unbilled transactions promptly
- Provides customer service support and resolves invoice questions in compliance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with 1-2 years in finance
- Technical knowledge and training relevant to job requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents and numerical data
- Capable of performing calculations involving discounts, interest, and percentages
