Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader - Billing Specialist, Revenue Integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily operations of charge capture teams and billing activities
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure accurate charge capture and revenue reconciliation
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of staff while enforcing departmental policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• General understanding of ICD10 Coding, HCPCS/CPT Coding, and revenue cycle processes
• Knowledge of medical and billing terminology
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in supervising staff and managing workflows
• Familiarity with claims submission processes and denial trends
