Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Coordinator-Broker Dealer.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and service new accounts, deposits, and retirement contributions in a broker/dealer environment
- Provide customer service and resolve inquiries for advisors, clients, and internal business partners
- Support operational projects and cross-train in various areas to assist during peak times
Required Qualifications
- Two years plus related experience in a financial services environment
- Knowledge of NetX360, Pershing, or general broker/dealer operations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Desire to obtain Series 7 license within six months of hire
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
