Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to translate complex policies and business requirements into detailed software requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development or IT
• Experience mentoring analysts and delivering high-quality outputs
• Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of business analysis methodologies
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and experience with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; industry certifications in business analysis and Salesforce are valued
