Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, and Power Automate
- Support and enhance existing automations and applications, including MS Access databases and SharePoint-integrated workflows
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, Power Automate, or SharePoint integration
- Basic understanding of financial processes or reconciliation workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration abilities
