Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify target accounts and key contacts, engaging in prospecting and discovery
  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify potential customers through various communication methods
  • Manage and document lead interactions and prospecting activities using Salesforce and other tools
Qualifications:
  • Preferred bachelor's or associate degree
  • 1-2 years of sales or related experience, preferably in a BDR or customer-facing role
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant technologies
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach to meet or exceed KPIs
  • A natural curiosity to learn and a resilient attitude towards challenges
