Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify target accounts and key contacts, engaging in prospecting and discovery
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify potential customers through various communication methods
- Manage and document lead interactions and prospecting activities using Salesforce and other tools
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor's or associate degree
- 1-2 years of sales or related experience, preferably in a BDR or customer-facing role
- Comfortable using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant technologies
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach to meet or exceed KPIs
- A natural curiosity to learn and a resilient attitude towards challenges
