A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst - TPA Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and technical partners to translate business requirements into solutions
- Document processes, configurations, and training materials for knowledge continuity and future implementations
- Identify risks and issues related to functionality and ensure resolutions are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 4+ years of business analytical experience in a Medicaid/Medicare or Commercial environment
- Project management experience
- Strong knowledge of database applications and data query protocols (MS SQL Server)
- Advanced experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
