A company is looking for a Change & Communications Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage change management and communication activities for the Payroll and Time & Attendance transformation project
- Define and deliver high-quality change communications content to keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain project-related artifacts on SharePoint
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leading Change & Communications in complex programs
- Deep understanding and passion for change management
- Experience with Payroll, Time, or HR
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in delivering clear and effective communication of complex changes
