Key Responsibilities
- Develop Process Design Documents (PDD) and support the implementation of automation solutions
- Analyze and improve existing business processes, presenting opportunities for enhancements to stakeholders
- Manage project plans throughout the lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and support for process improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 5 years of experience in process improvement and quality functions
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required
- Experience with business process automation using RPA solutions
- Experience in project and team management from inception through implementation
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) processes and tools
