A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and optimize business processes, focusing on supply chain and operations
• Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for Epicor ERP modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement efficient system solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, particularly in Sales Quoting, Supply Chain, and Operations modules
• Strong process mapping and business process reengineering skills
• Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive technical and functional specifications
• Understanding of EDI workflows and standards is a plus
