Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring and support for the production environment for digital experience
• Triage incident tickets and respond to alerts in the production environment
• Join team calls as required and adhere to incident resolution SLAs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience required
• Basic SQL knowledge/experience is essential
• Experience in a help desk environment is helpful
• ServiceNow experience is highly preferred
• Analytical skills are necessary
