Key Responsibilities
- Write and translate business requirements and perform process documentation
- Manage project workstreams and ensure on-time delivery of project goals
- Liaison between cross-functional teams and lead regular update meetings
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with process mapping skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Experience with tools like Visio, Lucidchart, and Smartsheet
- PMP certification is preferred
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred
